Masar Saudi Projects and Development Company is based in Dammam, in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. It is a platform that aims to contribute consulting, experience and awareness guidance to a segment of the community, drawing on accumulated practical and field experience in several fields.
We help individuals and owners of emerging projects, develop existing and stalled projects, and accompany real estate developers, so that we see the road more clearly before starting and know the right path in a practical and simple way.
What we offer
Consulting with us is not merely referring the client to advisers and specialists. The core awareness and guidance is provided by us from our practical and field experience. When a matter requires a specific specialization or license, we make the client aware of what they need, who they need and when they need them, using specialists and licensed bodies in the technical, engineering, regulatory and legal fields and in government departments.

How we work
We start by understanding the need, then analyze the situation and clarify the options. Throughout, we distinguish between four types of information: information that needs verification, technical or engineering information, regulatory or legal information, and a commercial recommendation. This way the client knows the nature of the information they rely on before making their decisions.
We also recognize that the aim is not merely to provide a piece of information or an idea, but to help the client avoid mistakes and reach the right path so that they make a better decision.
The limits of our role
We do not replace the engineering office and we do not practice licensed engineering work in its place. Professional service and consulting offices and the competent licensed bodies are independent specialized executing parties, and we guide the client to the suitable choice among them.
Our message and purpose
Experience, once turned into knowledge that others benefit from, becomes value. We aim to pass on experience in a practical and simple way, and to help members of the community and project owners see the road more clearly before starting, during development, and when facing a stall.
